The future of Peoria County’s Rural Senior and Disabled Public transportation system is in question.  The Illinois Department of Transportation says the Rural Peoria County Council on Aging that runs the bus program failed to keep records on driver training and accountability standards.  WCBU'S Alex Rusciano reports the state is withholding funding for the program until standards are met:
